The whole collection has been properly documented and registered as cultural national patrimony of the nation before the Registry of Cultural Property in the Ministry of Culture and Sports.

To this date more than 1,300 archeological objects have been registered. Each object has a technical card that includes: legal card issued by the Registry of Cultural Property, photographs, documentation on restorations or conservation interventions.

The card also holds bibliographic information, pictures of similar objects published in different media, as well as a digital photographic archive.
